Our Certifications

Organic certification is the system of regulations developed to safeguard the integrity of organic food. It is our assurance that from the farm to the table production of ingredients and their handling have been strictly enforced according to national organic production and handling standards set forth and regulated by the FDA National Organic Program (NOP). This oversight means regular inspections of facilities, ingredients, and practices. Thorough records and clear guidelines must be followed. This is the difference between certified organic and “all natural” products whose production in most cases is unregulated. 

Our member organization, the Organic Trade Association, states in their website: The Organic food production is based on a system of farming that maintains and replenishes soil fertility without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers. Organic foods are minimally processed without artificial ingredients, preservatives, or irradiation to maintain the integrity of the food… The strict uniform organic standards are verified by independent state or private organizations. Clear guidelines and thorough record keeping assure the integrity of the organic ingredients throughout the production process.

QAI is our third party certification agency ensuring organic authenticity of Ambrosial Granola products.

The Kosher symbol confirms that our products are prepared under kashrus supervision and can carry the symbol. We are certified under the supervision of Rabbi Yehuda Kelemer of Young Israel of West Hempstead.
