We Celebrate the Bounty of Edible Plants
The Edible Garden - New York Botanical Garden - Bronx, NY (June 19 - 20, 2010) - Come and get a taste of our authentic Mediterranean flavors at the Botanical Garden's spectacular 250-acre landscape. This Summer-opening event will feature numerous vegetable gardens, demonstrations from food and gardening experts, celebrity appearances and exciting programs that demonstrate the bounty, economy, and nutritional value of edible plants.

Welcomed Spring With Students In Our Local School
St. John's University - Staten Island Campus (March, 2010) - Celebrated the beginning of Spring with students and staff participating in the school’s Health Fair. Ambrosial Granola was invited to help increase awareness about the connection between diet and health and share information on healthy food choices with students and faculty.
Gennadius Library Benefit Event
Molyvos Restaurant - New York City (February, 2010) - We were proud in-kind sponsors of this worthy event that benefited the Gennadius Library, part of the American School of Classical Studies in Athens, Greece. The school, one of America’s most distinguished centers, is dedicated to advancing studies in the humanities. The library houses one of the world’s most significant collections for the study of Hellenic civilization after the end of antiquity.
Brooklyn Start! Heart Walk
Prospect Park - Brooklyn, New York (October, 2009) - Happy to be part of this 3.5 mile non-competitive walk dedicated to raising awareness and funds to support the American Heart Association's mission to build healthier lives. We had the opportunity to discuss the connection between diet and heart-health with the participants and to offer healthy breakfast alternatives to them.
Bike MS New York City
New York City (October, 2009) - This was the largest and most successful fundraising one-day event to benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Ambrosial Granola had the opportunity to share with thousands of bikers its healthy granola and muesli offerings and discuss with many of them issues related to health and nutrition. Glad to be there!
Edible Global Gardens
New York Botanical Garden - Bronx, NY (September, 2009) - We had fun during this two-day event in our beautiful New York Botanical Garden! We celebrated food, wine and drinks from plants around the world. We look forward to be there in June 2010! Come celebrate with us.
Edible Local Gardens
New York Botanical Garden - Bronx, NY (June, 2009) - Glorious summer opened with our participation in New York Botanical Garden’s festival. Joined experts in the local and sustainable food movements who shared information about the plants we eat every day with lovers of food and drink who have a passion for gardening and cooking. Great event!
